As part of our Corinthian Partnership links, Year 2 were invited to attend a Lego Workshop hosted by Cokethorpe School, along with Year 2 pupils from Aston and Cote Primary and Ducklington Primary. The children worked with focus and enthusiasm during both activities. Firstly we built a lego city. We enjoyed creating a lego self portrait, followed by a challenge to build the tallest team tower. Combe Primary School rose to the challenge and one of our teams built a tower that was well over one metre tall!
Our activities were followed by a delicious lunch in the school dinner hall. According to one pupil the ‘dessert was to die for’.
