Both Year 1 and Year 6 enjoyed visits to Hill End Outdoor Education Centre in July. The visits began with bug and creature hunting, where finds included slow-worms and grass snakes. We then moved into the woods for den building. Year 6 came up with some particularly impressive designs! Following this, we headed on a walk which included a swamp and pond-dipping! A highlight for all was the many, many frogs we found at the pond, especially on the day of Year 6’s visit. A great socially-distanced visit was enjoyed by all! Thank you Hill End!
