Before School Wraparound Care
Breakfast Club
We offer a breakfast club from 7:35-8:35am on Monday-Thursday mornings (see below for ‘early morning club’ on Fridays).
The children are provided with toast and/or cereal and fresh fruit. They can also have a drink of water, milk or fruit juice.
We follow the School Food Standards guidance on portion sizes.
We operate a flexible booking system so the days can be booked when needed.
Booking are made through the Arbor Parent Portal or App.
Booking closes 16 hours before the session begins.
The cost is £5.33 per day.
Early Morning Club
We offer an early morning club from 8am on Monday – Friday mornings.
We operate a flexible booking system so the days can be booked when needed.
Booking are made through the Arbor Parent Portal or App.
Booking closes 16 hours before the session begins.
The cost is £3.20 per day. This does not include food.
After School Wraparound Care
After School Enrichment Activities
We offer a range of extra-curricular after school activities which run until around 4:10pm. More information can be found here.
After School Wraparound Care
Activities include sports, arts and crafts and games. All sessions include a light snack (such as fruit and bagel/crumpet/wraps/pitta), served around 4:15pm.
The pricing is as follows:
3:10-6:00pm: £15.99 per session
3:10-4:30pm: £10.66 per session
4:30-6:00pm: £10.66 per session (this is for children who are attending a paid in-school after-school activity beforehand, e.g. martial arts, musical theatre, dodgeball)
Booking are made through the Arbor Parent Portal or App. Booking closes 16 hours before the session begins.
Payment can be made through the Arbor Parent Portal or App or using childcare vouchers/tax-free childcare schemes.
Booking Terms
Bookings can be made up until 16 hours before the session begins.
Booking can be cancelled, by emailing the school office, up until 5pm on the working day before the session and a credit will be given.
If paying through the Arbor Parent Portal or App, payment must be made at the time of booking the sessions.
If paying through childcare vouchers/tax-free childcare, fund should be transferred to the school bank account at the time of booking. Please note that it may take up to a week for the credit to show in your Arbor account as this is done manually.
The late collection fees are as follows:
If children are booked into the session that ends at 4:30pm and are collected late, parents will be charged for the full session (so an additional £5 will be charged)
If children are booked into the session that ends at 6pm and are collected late, parents will be charged £10 per 15 minutes or part of.
We appreciate that sometimes exceptional circumstances arise which may result in late collection. We ask that you notify us as early as possible on the school phone number so that we can arrange the additional staffing requirements.
