We were fortunate with the weather for our first Sports Day in three years at Combe Primary School. All children participated in 4 events in a carousel and were active for the whole time. Sports Day was drawn to a conclusion with a timed sprint in year groups and gender. The determined expressions and the smiles throughout the afternoon spoke volumes- the children clearly had an enjoyable afternoon. The sports values of equality, respect and inclusion shone through. It was wonderful to see so many parents there to cheer the children on.
