Swallows Class spent the day at the Samba workshop, where they learned about this traditional style of Brazilian music. They experimented with a whole range of instruments: tamborims, maracas, agogo bells, pandeiros, and the huge surdo drums. As well as practising their groove tune, they also did some call and response, and learned about the history of the music. Thank you to all the parents who came along to watch their performance.
