On Saturday Yr 5/6 ran three very successful sunflower themed stalls and raised an impressive £130 for the Ukrainian refugees coming to Combe and the neighbouring villages.
Customers had the opportunity to sow seeds, buy sunflower seedlings and enter the tallest sunflower competition.
Some of the Red Kites who came along on the day had been pleased to try out the activities and see their creative Sunflower artwork swaying on a washing line above the stalls.
