The Corinthian Partnership is a collaborative network of local schools wishing to work together in order to enhance and improve educational outcomes for children at all of the schools through maximising the skills and resources available to each.

The four schools are Aston & Cote CE Primary School, Cokethorpe Junior School, Combe CE Primary School and Ducklington CE Primary School.

The schools believe there is great potential to work together effectively to maximise resources and skills in the following areas:

  • Academic achievement
  • Improving teaching and learning
  • Assessment for learning
  • Sport
  • Music
  • Drama
  • Pastoral
  • Professional development

Covid has prevented many of the usual activities from going ahead. Some examples of our collaboration in previous years are:

Year 5/6 Space Show- Year 5/6 visited Cokethorpe to watch a space show which enhanced learning in their ‘What lies above our heads?’ topic.

Year 6 Maths Challenge- Year 6 children from across the partnership attempted a maths problem. Click here to give it a try.
