Kingfisher Class Showcase

Today we held our first Showcase event of the year, where parents were invited to share this term’s learning with their children. It was wonderful to see such a great representation. The children enjoyed sharing their ‘Funnybones’ dance, which they performed with skill and engagement. Parents and carers were then invited back to the classroom so that the children could show them around. One of the highlights was the children’s opportunities to teach each other about the phases of the moon using jaffa cakes! It was wonderful to see how enthusiastic the children were to share their learning. I am very proud of them all.
Quote from a parent:
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for today. I was so IMPRESSED! The whole class did brilliantly and it was so lovely to see them so proud to share their achievements and work. It was great to see the classroom so full of their creativity and ideas. Thank you to you and the team for everything you do to create an inspiring and engaging environment for them. We very much appreciate it!”
